Rix Properties supports ELA Container UK expansion at Gateway Business Park

Rix Properties is proud to support the continued growth of ELA Container UK following the company’s relocation to a significantly larger facility at Gateway Business Park in Gilberdyke.

The modular buildings manufacturer has expanded into a new 40,000 sq ft warehouse and office complex on the park, more than doubling the size of its previous premises as demand for its services continues to grow.

ELA Container UK has occupied space at Gateway Business Park for several years and its decision to remain on the site while scaling operations reflects the strength of the long-term relationship between landlord and tenant.
